1. Acceptance and licence
By using InstallHub you agree to these terms. InstallHub is provided free of charge for personal and business use as a compiled application. The source code, branding and original website content remain proprietary and are not licensed for copying, redistribution, reverse engineering or creation of a competing catalog except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
2. Third-party software
InstallHub is an independent software catalog and installation assistant. Listed applications are created, supplied and licensed by their respective publishers. Prices, trials, free editions, system requirements, availability, privacy practices and licence terms can change and must be checked at the destination.
3. Installation routes
Depending on the selected application, InstallHub may start an exact Windows Package Manager package, save an installer you requested, or open a publisher page in its protected internal browser. You decide what to open and install. InstallHub does not remove Windows security prompts or replace the publisher's installer.
4. Partner and paid links
Some routes may create a commission for InstallHub after a qualifying purchase. A paid relationship is disclosed beside the relevant link, and paid links are marked for search engines. A partner relationship does not mean you must buy: a publisher may offer free, trial and paid choices. Commercial status never changes your responsibility to review the destination and installer.
5. Accuracy and fair presentation
Descriptions are original summaries intended to explain the ordinary purpose of each program. InstallHub does not claim that every application is suitable for every user, risk-free or endorsed by InstallHub. Publishers may request a factual correction, source update or reasonable listing review through the contact page.
6. Ownership and trademarks
InstallHub and its original materials belong to Stefanel Varga. Third-party product names, icons, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant software. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. Responsible use
You must not misuse InstallHub, attempt to bypass its security controls, use it to distribute harmful or unlawful material, misrepresent affiliation, or reproduce the catalog and branding as your own service.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Links, WinGet identifiers and publisher offerings may change without notice. InstallHub is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Privacy, changes and law
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be dated on this page. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections available where you live.
