PhotoScape 3. 7 is the classic Windows photo toolkit for viewing, resizing, batch processing, combining, printing and making simple edits or animated GIFs. It remains useful on older Windows systems; users on modern 64-bit Windows can also consider PhotoScape X.
How the installation route works.
